1. Acceptance of the Terms

By purchasing a premium offering, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your selected plan. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility, cancellation rights, and payment disputes are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country or region.

Canceling a subscription will generally prevent future renewals, but it does not automatically entitle you to reimbursement for amounts already paid, except where required by law or explicitly stated in our refund terms.

In all cases, the total liability of ReverbHouse for any claim relating to the service shall be limited to the amount you paid to ReverbHouse for the relevant paid service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if no payment was made, the minimum amount permitted under applicable law.
