This Refund & Subscription Policy explains how ReverbHouse handles subscriptions, recurring billing, cancellations, and refund requests for premium services and paid features.
ReverbHouse may offer premium plans, subscriptions, or other paid access options that unlock additional features, enhanced export capabilities, advanced tools, or community-related benefits.
The exact content, duration, and pricing of each plan are presented at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis, such as monthly or yearly, depending on the plan selected during checkout.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize ReverbHouse and its payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any other clearly disclosed charges using your selected payment method at each renewal date until cancellation.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. ReverbHouse does not directly store your full payment card details on its own servers.
Your payment information may be processed in accordance with the privacy policy and terms of the payment provider you use at checkout.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges are generally made using the payment method saved at the time of purchase, unless updated by you through the billing interface.
It is your responsibility to review your subscription settings and billing dates before renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account, billing settings, or any other cancellation method made available by ReverbHouse.
When a subscription is canceled, it will generally remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise specified at checkout or required by applicable law. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically delete your account.
Except where required by applicable law, all payments made for subscriptions, premium features, or digital services are final and non-refundable.
Because ReverbHouse provides access to digital tools, downloadable or exportable content, and subscription-based services that may be available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not issued for:
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If the law in your country or region grants you a right to a refund, withdrawal period, or other remedy, those rights will apply to the extent required.
In some jurisdictions, specific rules may apply to digital services and automatically renewing subscriptions. ReverbHouse will honor those rules where legally required.
If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, or disputed, ReverbHouse may retry the charge where permitted, request that you update your payment method, or temporarily suspend access to premium features until the billing issue is resolved.
Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of your premium access or restriction of features associated with the unpaid plan.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will review the issue and attempt to provide a fair resolution.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account, to the extent permitted by law.
ReverbHouse reserves the right to update pricing, features, plan availability, or billing structures at any time. Any such changes will apply in accordance with applicable law and may take effect at the start of a future billing period.
Where required, we may provide advance notice before pricing changes become effective for existing subscribers.
